It may look super impressive, but it’s all about good preparation – this incredible dish couldn’t be easier to assemble once you know how. We’ll demonstrate how to make a version for big parties, while you prepare your own prime British beef fillet: topping it with a delicious mushroom duxelle, wrapping it in Parma ham, then rolling it in a puff pastry case, before taking it home for two to enjoy.
At the end of the class, you’ll dine on a superb Beef Wellington made by our chefs, accompanied by seasonal roasted vegetables and an unforgettable red wine gravy.
