In this speedy 90-minute class, our chefs will reveal the secrets to creating the perfect sourdough pizza, every time – no pizza oven needed!
We’ll kick off proceedings with a crisp glass of Prosecco before our chefs demonstrate the art of creating, stretching and shaping homemade dough. Next up, you’ll make a sweet and tangy tomato sauce from scratch, ready to spoon onto your base. Our chefs will also talk you through four classic Italian pizza toppings – Margherita, Napoletana, Fiorentina and Piccante – before you crack on creating your own masterpiece. Bellissimo!
