We’ll kick things off with a glass of Prosecco, before you work in pairs to create a beautiful seasonal green tagliatelle. The chef will show you how fresh pasta dough is made, then it will be over to you to roll it out and cut it using a pasta machine.
SRI LANKAN FEAST WITH KARAN GOKANI OF HOPPERS
Recreate an incredible Sri Lankan feast with Karan Gokani
Join Karan Gokani – co-founder and creative director of the award-winning restaurant Hoppers and author of Hoppers: The Cookbook – to recreate an incredible Sri Lankan-inspired feast.
Karan will teach you how to whip up a comforting dhal and taste-bud-tickling chicken curry, as well as pol roti (a rustic-style flatbread) and pol sambol (a classic coconut relish) to serve alongside. With him by your side every step of the way, answering any questions you might have and helping you get those flavours just right, you’ll grow in confidence.
Then after your brilliantly fun class, you’ll sit down at the chef’s table to enjoy your stunning dishes, before taking away a signed copy of Karan’s cookbook and a handful of great new cooking skills.
