Cook an Unforgettably Delicious Christmas Dinner with Jamie Oliver
We’ll begin by sharing Jamie’s turkey tips, before putting our new skills into practice on a beautiful free-range chicken. Then it’s onto the trimmings – think best-ever roast potatoes, speedy glazed carrots and Brussels sprouts with a twist, all finished off with next-level gravy and spiced cranberry sauce.
Our chefs will walk you through the recipe steps and cook along with you, answering any questions you may have. After three hours, you’ll leave with plenty of new tricks up your sleeve, plus the confidence to cook up your best Christmas dinner yet.

- 1.35-1.5kg free-range chicken
- 165g unsalted butter
- 1-2 bunches of fresh sage (30g-60g)
- 1½ bunches of fresh rosemary (45g)
- 1 bunch of fresh thyme (30g)
- 4 fresh bay leaves
- ½ a whole nutmeg, for grating
- 2 clementines
- 2 sticks of celery
- 500g small mixed-colour heirloom carrots, plus 2 carrots for the trivet
- 1 onion
- 500ml organic chicken or vegetable stock
- 1 tablespoon plain flour
- 100ml white wine
- 750g medium Maris Piper potatoes
- olive oil
- 2 bulbs of garlic
- ½ a red onion
- 400g Brussels sprouts
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 eating apples
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 150g fresh or frozen cranberries
- 50ml quality spiced rum
- 1 tablespoon runny honey
