- The duration of the class includes teaching demos and hands-on cooking, as well as time to tuck into delicious dishes at our chef’s table.
- Only those who are actively taking part in a class are permitted at the Cookery School. Sadly, we are unable to accommodate spectators or provide a waiting area for friends and family.

About Kwoklyn Wan
Kwoklyn grew up in the kitchens of Chinese takeaways and restaurants, with the storeroom serving as a playground for him and his brother Gok. As he got older, he began his career as a chef helping with tasks like washing up, peeling prawns, and chopping vegetables. Kwoklyn is now a professional chef and regularly appears on radio and television as an expert on Chinese cuisine, as well as hosting his own show Kwoklyn’s Chinese Takeaway Kitchen.
