Most of our classes can be adapted to cater for most common allergies and dietary
requirements. If you’re unsure, feel free to email us at
contact@jamiescookeryschool.com and our customer service team will be happy to
help. Unfortunately, we are unable to cater for airborne nut allergies and Halal or
Kosher-only diets.
You must inform us of any dietary requirements and allergies that you and any other
participants have at the time of booking, and confirm them with the teaching chef when
you arrive for your cooking class.
Where a person attends in place of a booked participant due to illness or unforeseen
circumstances, we ask that you notify us in advance as per paragraph 16 of our terms
and conditions and include any information about their dietary requirements.
We will provide you with a work area away from any ingredients you are allergic to,
however, whether you attend an in-person or online class, you are ultimately responsible
for avoiding allergens and ensuring your guests avoid allergens.
You alone are responsible, and we accept no responsibility for the allergy and dietary
requirements of anyone who consumes any food you take home from a cookery class.

every participant in your party so our chefs can ensure they have the correct ingredients
