Join Gennaro Contaldo in this bellissimo Italian cookery class
It’s time to dive into the rich history of Italian cooking with the iconic Gennaro Contaldo. Discover beautiful recipes that have been lost to time or slipped out of fashion, each with roots tied to Gennaro’s most cherished towns and villages. This is a culinary journey across Italy’s plains, mountains, rivers and lakes, all the way to the Mediterranean and Adriatic shores.
