Join Uyen Luu in Making Quick & Easy Vietnamese Meals in London!
Get stuck in making fast, fuss-free, flavour-packed Vietnamese meals from Uyen Luu’s latest cookbook, Quick & Easy Vietnamese.
Try your hand at making Vietnamese-style ravioli, stuffed with a prawn filling, then whip up a sweet lime and chilli dressing to drizzle on top for a chewy and crisp, sweet and zingy flavour sensation.
You’ll also make a fragrant Chicken noodle soup, topped with silky omelette strips, and packed to the brim with chewy thick-cut noodles that you’ll learn to knead and roll from scratch.
Keep that apron on to make salmon and avocado summer rolls, packed with fresh herbs and vegetables, and make an incredibly moreish nutty dipping sauce to go with them.
Finish off your feast with a classic Vietnamese sweetcorn rice pudding for dessert, and your very own copy of Quick & Easy Vietnamese to take home.

You don’t need to book onto this lesson as a pair. If you’re flying solo, you may be paired up with another person for the duration of the class.
This is an adult-only class, so it’s not suitable for anyone under the age of 15 years. Anyone aged between 15–17 years must be supervised by someone over 18+.
The duration of the class includes teaching demos, hands-on cooking and tucking into delicious dishes at our chef’s table.
Only those who are actively taking part in a class are permitted at the cookery school. Sadly, we can’t accommodate spectators or provide a waiting area for friends and family.
