Practice makes perfect when it comes to baking, and by the end of this lesson we’ll have you well on your way to making your own amazing loaves. To start, our chefs will guide you through the basics of bread baking, ensuring you become super-familiar with a range of flours, the importance of yeast and the key kneading methods.
Once you’ve got to grips with the basics, you’ll have the chance to whip up a fresh focaccia, crusty wholemeal rolls, and a delicious Italian-style stuffed bread that you can take home with you. While our larger loaves bake, you’ll enjoy an incredible BLT sandwich – using bread fresh from the oven. The humble sandwich will never be the same again!
This lesson is not suitable for those who have a wheat or gluten allergy.
