- Get a grip: watch how our chef holds and works with a knife, and have a go yourself throughout the class.
- Chop and change: learn key everyday chops to work smarter and faster.
- Knives out: get to grips with the classic kitchen knife set and what each one is used for.
- Slice and dice a load of veggies for 2 delicious dishes: a vibrant pickled giardiniera and a pad Thai (a recipe our chefs have spent months perfecting!).
- Become a seasoned pro: learn how to balance and season any dish you could think of, nail a showstopping pad Thai and practise the fine art of pickling.
- Sit down at our chef’s table to enjoy the fruits or your labour, and take home beautiful glass jars filled with your giardiniera and pad Thai sauce.

- A gorgeously tangy giardiniera – an Italian relish of pickled vegetables, for you to take home.
- A complimentary glass of bubbles on arrival or a tea or coffee before 12pm.
- Water is provided throughout and you’re welcome to purchase wine, beer, spirits & mixers, cocktails and softs from our drinks menu.

- You’ll take home big jars of freshly pickled giardiniera and pad Thai sauce; perfect for salads, sandwiches and snacking. Make sure to bring a bag.
- A digital recipe pack with everything you need to recreate the magic at home.
- All ingredients, equipment and aprons will be provided.
- You’ll work in pairs to recreate the dishes at your cooking stations.

- The duration of the class includes teaching demos and hands-on cooking, as well as time to tuck into delicious dishes at our chef’s table.
- Only those who are actively taking part in a class are permitted at the Cookery School. Sadly, we are unable to accommodate spectators or provide a waiting area for friends and family.
