Kick off the festive season in style! Take a deep-dive into the art of gluten-free baking, with ‘the queen of gluten free’ and bestselling author Becky Excell by your side. Discover the secrets to gluten-free baking with zero compromise with three irresistible sweet treats: chocolate orange cookies, lemon amaretti biscuits and mince pies.
-
- Calling all chocolate orange lovers! Get stuck in whipping up a batch of chocolate orange crinkle cookies that you’d never guess were gluten-free. Crisp on the outside and soft, fudgy and chocolaty in the middle, this is a recipe you’ll want to recreate again and again.
- Unlock the key to Becky’s classic mince pies: discover how to create perfect gluten-free pastry (yes, really!) and mincemeat that’s bursting with festive flavour. Then, learn how to take mince pies to the next level with a frangipane or cinnamon crumble topping.
- Master Becky’s lemon amaretti biscuits: whisk up a French meringue spiked with ground almonds and your choice of limoncello or lemon juice, before rolling in two types of sugar for the BEST exterior, then bake to perfection.
- Aaand relax: sit down to enjoy Becky’s freshly baked mince pies at our chef’s table, before wrapping up your beautiful bakes to take home for your nearest and dearest (or gift them to yourself!).
