-
- Get saucy: recreate Mandy’s take on Malaysian ayam percik by roasting marinated chicken thighs or cauliflower until golden, then pour over lashings of spicy coconut sauce.
- Turn up the heat: stir-fry tender aubergines and okra with a lip-smacking chilli, onion and garlic sambal.
- Crack on: whip up a homestyle Malaysian omelette, spiked with garlicky green beans and oyster sauce.
- Warm your cockles: discover Mandy’s clever twist on her dad’s lamb curry – a beautifully rich sauce with melt-in-the-mouth lamb shoulder or crispy tofu puffs.
- Rice, rice, baby: unlock the key to creating perfectly fluffy jasmine rice, every time.
