In this speedy class, our chefs will show you how to create, stretch and shape the perfect calzone dough. You’ll then whip up an impressive filling of ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan, along with mushrooms, salami and basil, before using it to top dough that our chefs lovingly prepared earlier. While your calzone’s in the oven, you’ll pull together a seriously tasty tomato and nduja dip that’s perfect for dunking!
You’ll leave with the confidence to recreate Italian calzone at home.
