And now’s your chance to learn from the best! Taking dishes from his brand new book, Mediterra, we’re hosting a very special lesson, where you’ll discover the secret to balancing flavour and making the most of seasonal ingredients, before tucking into your dishes.

- First up, you’ll learn how to prep and stuff fresh squid with delicious sobrasada, a delicacy loved in the Balearic Islands. .
- For a taste of a Turkish summer, you’ll make a delicately spiced wild rice, which you’ll then stuff into seasonal courgettes, and serve alongside a punchy tomato sauce.
- Discover Ben’s secret to making juicy lamb meatballs, packed with spices, nuts and fruits.
- Then sit back and relax as Ben demonstrates how to make a bitter chocolate tart.

- You don’t have to be part of a pair to book. If you’re flying solo, you may be paired up with another person.
- The duration of the class includes teaching demos and hands-on cooking, as well as time to tuck into delicious dishes at our chef’s table.
- Only those who are actively taking part in a class are permitted at the Cookery School. Sadly, we are unable to accommodate spectators or provide a waiting area for friends and family.
