Following this delicious start to the day, you’ll then learn how to bake a beautiful focaccia and rustle up a seriously tasty Aubergine & tomato parmigiana. Finally, we’ll show you the secret to a quick cheat’s Tiramisù. You can then enjoy all the fruits of your labour as we sit down and tuck in with a glass of wine.
Along the way, you’ll also master core knife skills that are key to any cuisine, and learn the secret behind a seriously good salad.
