- Sharpen your filleting knife skills and flex them with 2 types of fish – a flat plaice and a round mackerel.
- Up your game as you transform your plaice into deep-fried goujons and/or poach it in an aromatic broth.
- Pan-fry your mackerel like a pro.
- Knock up a refreshing salsa verde.
- Discover the art of stuffing and cooking whole sea bass, as well as the principles of flavouring it.

You’ll work at your own station to recreate the dishes demonstrated by your teaching chef

- The duration of the class includes teaching demos and hands-on cooking, as well as time to tuck into delicious dishes at our chef’s table.
- Only those who are actively taking part in a class are permitted at the Cookery School. Sadly, we are unable to accommodate spectators or provide a waiting area for friends and family.
