This speedy one hour class is great for getting all the prep done before dining — so you can relax at the end of the session while our chefs explain how to barbecue, fry or grill your burgers. - 800g higher-welfare minced chuck steak

- 2½ pink grapefruits (about 850ml of juice)
- ½ a small lemon
- 2½ shots vodka

- 150ml sparkling mineral water (chilled)
