Gnocchi means ‘lumps’ in Italian, and there are a few different ways of making these delicious dumplings. In this hands-on class, you’ll have a go at a traditional recipe that’s been passed down in our Italian chef’s family for generations. Bellissimo!

- Cook a sweet tomato sauce, complete with chilli, fragrant basil and garlic.
- Learn how to rice beautifully baked potatoes, then transform them into a next-level gnocchi dough.
- Uncover the techniques to kneading so you can get it right, every time. Get to grips with shaping and discover how to cook gnocchi to perfection, then toss with melted butter, plenty of Parmesan and your sweet tomato sauce.
- Watch your chef whip ricotta with Parmesan and premium extra virgin olive oil until smooth, creamy and irresistible, which you’ll use to dollop over your gnocchi.
- Take a seat at our chef’s table to tuck into your next-level gnocchi.

- You’ll work in pairs to recreate the dishes at your cooking stations

- You don’t have to be part of a pair to book. If you’re flying solo, you may be paired up with another person.
- The duration of the class includes teaching demos and hands-on cooking, as well as time to tuck into delicious dishes at our chef’s table.
- Only those who are actively taking part in a class are permitted at the Cookery School. Sadly, we are unable to accommodate spectators or provide a waiting area for friends and family.
