- Take on tteokbokki: Get stuck into chewy Korean rice cakes in a spicy-sweet gochujang sauce. Made with pork belly, or oyster mushrooms for vegetarians.
- Change the way you see egg and potato: Whip up gamja gyeran guk, a light, comforting potato and egg broth served with steamed rice. Silken tofu is available as an egg-free alternative.
- Dive into danmuji: Create the ultimate palate cleanser with crunchy pickled daikon.
