Our chefs will start off by teaching you how to maximise the flavour from your spices to make your own stunning curry paste from scratch. You’ll then turn that fresh paste into a fragrant veg-packed Thai green curry with chicken or aubergine that seriously delivers on the flavour front. - 2 free-range chicken thighs, skin off, bone out
- cooking oil
- 200g mixed Oriental mushrooms
- 1 x 400g tin of light coconut milk
- 600ml organic chicken stock
- 10g fresh Thai basil
- 10g fresh mint
- 100g mangetout
- 2 limes
- 1 stick of lemongrass
- 2 fresh green bird’s-eye chillies, plus extra to serve
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 shallot
- 6 ½ cm piece of ginger
- 4 large kaffir lime leaves
- ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
- ½ teaspoon coriander seeds
- 10g fresh coriander
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- ½ teaspoon palm sugar
- 225g jasmine rice
This is a class best suited to and supervised by adults.
Our online classes are sold on a per household basis, so as long as everyone is in the same room, you can have as many participants as you like! ONE PARTICIPANT = ONE HOUSEHOLD
