- Flip and dip pajeon: Crisp up glorious spring onion pancakes and pair them with a sweet and tangy dipping sauce.
- Become a japchae champ: Stir-fry chewy Korean sweet potato noodles with shiitake mushrooms, peppers, carrots, onions and ribbons of omelette.
- Take on jeyuk bokkeum: Nail a sticky, spicy-sweet glaze for this bold Korean pork favourite.
- Whip up three brilliant banchan: Make baechu geotjeori (fresh kimchi without the fermentation), sigeumchi namul (seasoned spinach) and kongnamul muchim (bean sprout side dish).
