WHAT OUR PARTICIPANTS SAY
Had an amazing time here learning how to make Vietnamese street food. The instruction was perfect, fresh ingredients, very friendly environment, and clean cooking area. Will definitely book another cooking course soon!
– Wellington G., Google reviewsThis was my birthday treat and I loved it! We did the knife skills course. It started promptly with refreshments. Then went through all knife essentials and then taught you how to use them by teaching you how to make a stir fry. The tutor had a lot of knowledge and was interesting and fun. I would recommend this to everyone and will definitely being doing other courses.
– Becki W., Tripadvisor reviewsHad a great class. Not only I was taught the Northern Indian Cuisine but also some knife skills and tips for kneading doughs. I can certainly make a great use of that in other dishes. The space is such a lovely environment. The highlight of the class? I think I can now make fabulous okra fries, better than the one I had at Dishoom!!! Highly recommend this place.
– Tomoe S., Google reviewsI’ve been to two different cookery classes here and they were both great; Vietnamese street food and pasta master class. It’s simple and opens your eyes for just how easy it can be to cook. The classes are just a few hours long and bits are prepared beforehand. Very nice teachers and setting. I’m definitely coming back for more!
– enidano, Tripadvisor reviewsWe did an online, family cooking class with the Cookery school and it was fantastic. Francesco the chef was really engaging with everyone, managed to show lots of different angles of the food and talked us through everything. Our sausage pizza was delicious and we learnt some handy tips along the way. Would highly recommend but cannot wait to get in person.
– Victoria O., Google reviewsWe have just done the speedy online Jamie cookery sausage pizza for kids lesson via Zoom. It was brilliant. We loved it from start to finish and learnt some new tips along the way. The chef (from Sardinia) was fantastic and made it so much fun, the sausage pizza was delicious and we can’t recommend this enough, We will definitely do another lesson online again.
– ampthill007, Tripadvisor reviewsTook the Bread Baking: Knead to Know class yesterday. I live in Canada and was very grateful that the time of the class was very easy for me to join into. I had absolutely no technical issues and was grateful to have a live chef to answer my questions for me. Loved the class, it was easy to follow and will definitely sign up for another one soon!
